The “MyCourir” loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as the “loyalty programme”) has been developed by GROUPE COURIR, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a capital of €33,570,000 euros, registered in the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under no. 428 559 967, whose registered office is located in France, in Paris (75011), 91 avenue Ledru Rollin. This loyalty programme is valid in all the “COURIR” brand stores located in metropolitan France and in Corsica, as well as on the website www.courir.com
The cost of joining the loyalty programme is €9 (nine euros) including taxes.
To join the loyalty programme, it is enough to transmit its co-ordinates (name, first name, postal address, email, mobile phone number and date of birth) at the time of the passage in cashier in the shops COURIR located in Metropolitan France and in Corsica, or to supplement these same co-ordinates at the time of the creation of an account on the site www.courir.com. Participation in the loyalty programme is subject to the express and unreserved acceptance of the membership conditions and implies that the customer has taken note of the conditions of the programme. Any potential member who disputes all or part of the conditions of membership of the loyalty programme will be refused access to it. Membership is individual, nominative and strictly personal, only the member can benefit from the advantages described below. In the event of multiple memberships or suspicion of accumulation of loyalty programmes, Courir reserves the right to delete duplicates and, in the event of fraud or commercial intent, to block the customer. The loyalty programme is only offered to natural person customers. For natural persons under 15 (fifteen) years of age or for those who are unable to attend school, the signature of the legal representative, tutor or curator will be required. For all in-store memberships, a flyer containing the terms and conditions of the programme will be handed out directly in the shop at the time of membership. For any membership on courir.com, a membership number will be assigned and sent by email.
The membership fee for the loyalty programme of €9 is not refundable.
By joining the loyalty programme, the member acknowledges that they have read and accept the membership terms and conditions, an extract of which can be found on the welcome flyer.
Collecting points: any purchase with presentation of your ID card will entitle you to points. Each purchase of €1 entitles you to 1 point. Excluding the purchase of gift cards and the use of tiered discounts. When returning a product, the points credited at the time of purchase will be lost. Points and associated discounts are valid for 18 (eighteen) months from the date of acquisition. At the end of this period and without any purchase from the member, Courir France reserves the right to remove the points acquired by the member and to deactivate his or her account. Points cannot be exchanged for any other means of payment and are non-transferable.
If the loyalty number or the name of the member is not indicated at the time of purchase, the points cannot be credited.
For any purchase made on courir.com, the MyCourir membership number must be attached to the customer's account in order for points to be collected. At any time, the member of the loyalty programme can consult the total points collected on the “my account” space on the website “www.courir.com”. Membership of the loyalty programme does not constitute access to a payment method.
After joining the loyalty programme and subject to having accepted to be solicited for the loyalty programme, the customer will receive a welcome offer of 10% (ten percent) by email or text message to be used on the next purchase. This offer is valid for 3 months following its issue and can be used only once on presentation of the ID card. This is valid excluding sales, promotions, batch sales and purchases of Courir gift cards, excluding products from the Partner Programme, excluding Adidas Yeezy, AJ1, AJ retro, Nike Dunk, gift bag and fidelity card. It is non-refundable, indivisible, non-cumulative and no change will be given.
Birthday Offer: A €10 (ten euros including all taxes) voucher valid for 2 (two) months from its issue is sent to the member within 2 (two) months of his or her birthday by email or text message, subject to having accepted to be solicited for the loyalty programme. This voucher can be used only once on presentation of your ID card and the voucher. This is valid excluding sales, promotions, batch sales and the purchase of Courir gift cards, excluding products from the Partner Program, excluding Adidas Yeezy, AJ1, AJ retro, Nike Dunk, gift bag and fidelity card. It is non-refundable, indivisible, non-cumulative and no change will be given.
Loyalty discounts::
From 200 (two hundred) points, the member receives a 10% (ten percent) discount on his next purchase within the limit of three items (offer cannot be combined) and according to these conditions:
From 400 (four hundred) points, the member receives a 25% (twenty-five percent) discount on his next purchase within the limit of three articles (offer cannot be combined) and according to these conditions:
From 600 (six hundred) points, the member has a discount of 40% (forty percent) on his next purchase within the limit of three articles maximum (offer not cumulative) and according to these conditions:
Whatever their value, these discounts will be deducted from the purchase amount.
For any use of loyalty discount in store, you will be asked for your ID.
In the event of an exchange or refund, the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid at the time of purchase, i.e. the amount paid after deduction of the loyalty benefit. In case of exchange or refund of products purchased with a welcome voucher, a birthday voucher or a loyalty discount, the customer will not be able to recover the used offer.
Special commercial and/or relational operations: GROUPE COURIR may set up specific actions aimed at some or all of the members of the loyalty programme. These actions will be defined and announced by any means deemed useful (shop displays, text, e-mail, etc.).
Membership validity period:
Membership has no expiry date. However, in order to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, Courir is obliged to anonymise the data of any person who has not had any contact with the company in the last 5 years. Anonymisation results in the deactivation of the membership and thus ends its validity.
In case of loss and/or theft of the old MyCourir loyalty card, the member must inform the Courir customer service as soon as possible on +33 (0)9 70 25 22 39 (cost of a local call in France), via the contact form or by email to serviceclients@courir.fr. The account will be cancelled and replaced by a new one. Acquired benefits will not be lost by this replacement.
Any change in the member's contact information or name must be reported to the Customer Service Department via the contact form, by serviceclients@courir fr or on +33 (0)9 70 25 22 39. The member certifies that all information provided is correct and will be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or out-of-date information.
Any breach of these general terms and conditions of membership, any fraudulent use by the member or any third party acting on behalf of the member will automatically lead to the deactivation of the loyalty account. After verification and in case of proof of fraudulent or abusive acquisition of points or in violation of these general conditions of membership, these will be cancelled without any compensation.
The company GROUPE COURIR reserves the right to carry out checks on compliance with the general conditions of use of the MyCourir loyalty programme. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order and to deactivate the Member's loyalty account if it believes that the Member is using the benefits of membership to engage in distribution or economic activity through the products so purchased or ordered.
GROUPE COURIR reserves the right to modify the present general conditions of membership at any time without having to justify its decision. In the event of a change, Courir France undertakes to inform the members by any means it deems useful.

This loyalty programme and its general membership conditions are subject to French law.
The ruling of 20 August 2015 and decree no.2015-1382 of 30 October 2015 on consumer dispute mediation, acting pursuant to Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, give the consumer the option of using professional mediation to facilitate amicable dispute resolution for any sales at courir.com.
Therefore, should any dispute not be resolved directly with the Company, Customers may now use the free mediation service set up by MÉDIATION — VIVONS MIEUX ENSEMBLE.
