You have 30 days to return your product. Only items returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.

STEP 1 : ORGANISING MY RETURN

Log in to your customer account and go to the "My account" - "My orders" section to arrange your return.
Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
You can then print your return form (which you can present in store or pop into your package if you decide to return by post).
If you placed your order in Guest Mode, you can arrange your return using a link you will find in the shipping email of your order.

STEP 2 : CHOICE OF RETURN METHOD

Free in-store return

Drop off your items free of charge in the Courir store of your choice (not outlet stores) in their original packaging with the return slip.
All products delivered on courir.com are reproduced in the magazine with complete returns, in perfect condition and in their original packaging in condition to be marketed.

Return by post at your expense*

Only for items purchased online: Package up your items and pop the return form inside.
Go to your nearest post office to pay for your return, then send it to the following address:

*Returns by post are only available for customers who have ordered directly via courir.com.

STEP 3 : REFUNDS

You will be refunded immediately in stores or by bank transfer after receipt of your items by our teams.
